This page lists every third-party AI vendor ("subprocessor") that may process your data when you use SheForge apps. We maintain this list in the interest of recipient transparency — a current best practice for AI SaaS platforms and an emerging regulatory expectation under GDPR, CPRA, and the EU AI Act.
When you use SheForge apps, the content you input — prompts, goals, journal entries, responses — may be transmitted to one or more of the AI vendors below to generate your output. Each vendor is bound by a data processing agreement that restricts them to processing your data only for the purpose of generating your requested output. They cannot sell your data, use it for their own commercial purposes, or combine it with data collected from other sources outside the scope of their agreement with SheForge.

Anthropic provides the Claude large language model that powers text generation, analysis, content creation, and conversational features across the SheForge app suite. User inputs are sent to the Claude API to generate responses and are subject to Anthropic's API usage policies. We configure our API usage to opt out of Anthropic using your data for model training where that option is available.
Google Workspace and Google Apps Script power the backend processing of SheForge contact forms and lead magnet opt-ins. Form submissions are logged to Google Sheets for internal tracking. Google processes this data as a service provider under our Workspace agreement and does not use it for advertising purposes.
Cloudflare Pages hosts the sheforge.ai marketing website and serves it via Cloudflare's global CDN. As a result, your IP address and HTTP request metadata pass through Cloudflare's network infrastructure when you visit sheforge.ai. Cloudflare does not receive your form submission content or personal profile data.
Namecheap Private Email hosts all email accounts associated with the sheforge.ai domain, including nastasja@sheforge.ai and noreply@sheforge.ai. When you send an email to a SheForge address, your message and metadata are processed through Namecheap's mail infrastructure. This is a transactional email service only — not used for marketing delivery.
Airtable serves as SheForge's primary database and workflow infrastructure layer. User-submitted data, form responses, and operational records may be stored and processed in Airtable bases as part of SheForge's backend systems. Airtable processes this data as a service provider and does not use it for advertising or third-party commercial purposes.
As SheForge apps launch, additional AI and infrastructure vendors may be added to this list. We will update this page and notify subscribers at least 30 days before a new subprocessor that materially affects data processing begins processing your data. Planned categories include: email marketing delivery, payment processing, and app-specific AI tooling.

If you would like to be notified when this subprocessor list changes, email nastasja@sheforge.ai with the subject line "Subprocessor Updates." We will email you when material changes occur, at least 30 days in advance.
Under GDPR, you may object to the addition of a new subprocessor by contacting us before the 30-day notice period expires.
